Packaging Engineer, Full-time

Responsibilities:
- Research, develop, and prepare specifications for improvements to existing and/or new products, processes, equipment, and technology.
- Develop a range of packaging concepts in coordination with the finalized products or materials.
- Carry out in-depth investigations into the latest designs and potential obstacles.
- Carry out in-depth investigations on product complaints.
- Prepare documentation compliant with FDA, EPA, and ISO regulations.
- Prepare specifications for the testing and qualification of materials.
- Provide technical support and guidance.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Packaging Engineering or related technical discipline.
- 3+ years of packaging engineering experience in one or more FDA regulated industries.
- Excellent written and communication skills.
- Competency in use of business and project management computer software; including Excel, MS Word, and MS Project.

Line Worker - 1st Shift
Walton, KY
Responsibilities:
- Work in accordance with all safety regulations and Best Sanitizers sop’s and work instructions.
- Load conveyer with components
- Palletize finished goods for shipment
- Inspect components during manufacturing process
- Make boxes
- Label containers
- Move finished goods to staging area with pallet jack
- Housekeeping
- All other duties as assigned
Qualifications:
- 1 year manufacturing experience preferred
- Must possess the ability to work independently as well as with others
- Must be able to follow written procedures / work instructions
- Must be able to work flexible hours to include overtime when needed
Physical Requirements:
- Ability to lift 5-20 pounds frequently
- Ability to lift 30-50 pounds infrequently
- Reach and lift overhead
- Crouch and lift from floor level
- Operate a pallet jack
- Walk, stand or sit up to 95%
- Work in temperatures between 50° F to 85° F

Chemical Blender - 2nd Shift
Walton, KY
Responsibilities:
- Ability to work with minimal supervision while remaining productive always
- Stage ingredients
- Perform weighing and blending of formulas
- Maintain raw material integrity in storage areas
- Tanker unloading
- Maintain blending equipment logs
- Weekly calibration verification of scales in blending/production areas
- Perform waste water treatment activities as assigned
- Perform operator maintenance on blending equipment, troubleshoot and notify maintenance of needed equipment repairs
Qualifications:
- 5 years prior chemical/blending experience required
- 1 year of sit down forklift experience preferred
- Thorough documentation and written communication skills
- Ability to interact and work with team members
- Must be able to work flexible hours to include overtime when needed
- Must have an understanding of chemicals, measuring and blending
- Must have excellent math skills
- Must have an understanding of how to read blending tickets, SOPs and other documentation related to producing a blend that meets all quality tests

Maintenance Manager

Responsibilities:
- Planning, organizing, and overseeing manufacturing maintenance, maintenance programs and personnel.
- Leading in compliance with FDA GMP and Medical Device regulations.
- Overseeing coordination of building space allocation and layout, and facility expansion.
- Assisting in performing IQ/OQ/PQ validation activities
- Planning, budgeting, ad scheduling facility modifications, new equipment, including cost estimates, and inspecting construction and installation progress.
Qualifications:
- Have a BS in Industrial or Mechanical Engineering or related discipline or BS/BS with 7+ years' of experience in Maintenance.
- 5+ years' experience managing employees
- Experience working in Pharmaceutical or Medical Device (GMP) environment
- Thorough understanding of cGMP regulations and requirements

Customer Service, Order Entry/Data Specialist - Full Time
Nevada City, CA.
Responsibilities:
- Processing a high volume of orders on a daily basis with an understanding of specific requirements for each order/customer
- Reviewing orders for accuracy
- Providing customers with timely responses to questions on order status, tracking, and other general inquiries
- Managing online customer orders and associated data via EDI portals
- Generating internal reports to sales and production teams
- Regularly communicating with the warehouse to ensure customer satisfaction
- Invoice orders daily, weekly, and as needed.
- Supporting sales and marketing team as needed
- Handling other general office duties including being able and willing to successfully rotate tasks within the department as needed
Qualifications:
- Proficiency with Word, Excel, Outlook and Adobe Acrobat
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Previous experience with ERP software
- Attention to detail and excellent time management skills
- Experience in a customer service and order processing environment preferred
